Calling All Men.
Sskein have hit the summer running with their latest capsule collection called Color Coded, their first to feature 100% Egyptian cotton spun in Italy and 3-D knit in New York. This is also Sskein’s first collection to include Menswear, signaling a clear shift toward greater inclusion as the company expands in the future.
Slim-Fit Polo - $225
Slim-Fit Hoodie - $275
Color Coded is inspired by the architecture and oeuvre of mid twentieth century design, with specific callbacks to 1960’s nostalgia and colorways including Coral, Tangerine, Sage and Marine. While the capsule offers something for everyone, including dress and cardigan options for women, the collection is perhaps best exemplified by the shift towards activewear with hoodies and polos that are luxurious yet machine washable.
V NECK RIBBED CARDIGAN - $225
RIBBED TANK DRESS - $225
Intended for year-round wear, the collection has been meticulously designed with durability and variety in mind. According to Sskein’s website, the high hip on the women’s V Neck Ribbed Cardigan was intended to provide maximum styling versatility. And the gentle stretch in the men’s Slim-Fit Polo can work just as hard as you do.
In keeping with Sskein’s commitment to sustainability, Color Coded is essentially constructed on-demand with the goal of producing one garment for every customer with the least waste possible. And because the garments are made in New York, customers in the U.S. can expect the most responsible delivery services available at the time of purchase, thereby reducing fuel and energy consumption wherever possible.
Color Coded is available for purchase now Sskein’s website.
