Grammy winner and style icon Ciara recently launched her new fashion label and Good Brand LITA by Ciara under The House of LR&C umbrella.  LITA by Ciara is the latest in a line of fashion labels created with sustainability and community stewardship in mind, with a sustainability philosophy that promotes progress over perfection, and a business model that reinvests 3% of profits into the Wilson's various philanthropic endeavors.

To say the label's style is on point would be both an understatement and expected from one whose sartorial exploits have lit up—and have at times broken—the internet.  From a commitment to use recycled plastics to ethically sourcing animal byproducts via the Responsible Wool Standard, Ciara and company's commitments are bearing fruit at scale.

The House of LR&C describes their business model as one that seeks to democratize fashion.  To that end, they are currently seeking B-Corp certification which promotes voluntary accountability towards business integrity and carbon neutrality.  Chief Sustainability Officer Therese Hayes is on board to ensure the development of measurable, flexible, and durable strategies to guide the company forward.  And Co-Founder & President Christine Day brings her passion and wealth of experience to bear in shaping the company's future endeavors.

In all, we're quite enamored with what we've seen so far.  And we're eagerly anticipating Ciara and company’s future vision for sustainable and democratized fashion in the seasons to come.
