In our new series called TALKS, we reflect on the fashion industry in the Pacific Northwest. We'll look at where it has been, where it is now, and how we can move forward in a unique, small, yet financially important and growing market.

Anjelika Frye is a commercial and editorial model based in Seattle. In her talk with our editor in chief, we learn that creativity is a prerequisite for success in the post-pandemic fashion industry, as well as how to reconnect with one's creativity during self-isolation.

We also learn how to creatively navigate difficult situations in castings and on set; tactics for developing your brand and unique point of view; maintaining healthy boundaries both in our relationships and in the news we're inundated with daily; and the future of modeling in remote locations.
